Lise’s work focuses on determining whether an offer is market-ready, commercially viable, and supported by enough external evidence to justify further investment.

She has advised growth-stage companies, enterprise organizations, SaaS platforms, government entities, and research-led businesses across technology, financial services, digital media, healthcare, cannabis, and professional services. Her experience spans go-to-market strategy, market sizing, buyer discovery, proof-of-concept design, data productization, competitive intelligence, pricing logic, customer relationship management (CRM) setup, and commercial operating models.

Before founding INOV Partners, Lise held senior leadership roles with Gartner, IDC, Ipsos, Harris Interactive, Market Probe, Blue Ocean Strategy Canada, and other advisory and research organizations. She has led national practices, built new revenue streams, launched data products, supported enterprise sales motions, and helped organizations translate market evidence into commercial strategy.
